CTRL-Shift-0 wäre es, wie es Patrick sagt und es auch beschrieben ist

aber ja, auch auf meinemRechner funktioniert das nicht, Version 12.0. Es  
funktioniert auch schon nicht auf dem Laptop mit Version 11.3, da war also  
Mathematica 12.0 gar nicht einmal besonders genial.

Es gibt aber im Notebook das kleine Plus (beim Mouse over sagt es "Choose  
new cell type") - und das tut es  auch:





es erscheint das ausgewählte Icon nach dem In[n]:= .... und es  
funktioniert (internet anschluss muss laufen).
